A method for fabricating an ultra-sound transducer structure is disclosed. The method includes performing the steps of forming a functional layer, including an ultrasound transduc-er material and a photopolymer, and exposing a plurality of selected regions of the functional layer to a programmable light pattern to cure the selected regions of the functional layer to form polymerized ultrasound transducer material regions, repeatedly. The method further includes selectively removing unexposed regions of the functional layer to obtain a green component, and sintering the green compo-nent to obtain the sensing structure. A system for making at least one piezoelectric element is also disclosed.
L'invention porte sur un procédé pour fabriquer une structure de transducteur ultrasonore. Le procédé comprend la réalisation des étapes de formation d'une couche fonctionnelle, comprenant un matériau de transducteur ultrasonore et un photopolymère, et d'exposition d'une pluralité de régions sélectionnées de la couche fonctionnelle à un motif de lumière programmable pour durcir les régions sélectionnées de la couche fonctionnelle afin de former des régions de matériau de transducteur ultrasonore polymérisé, de façon répétée. Le procédé comprend en outre le retrait sélectif de régions non exposées de la couche fonctionnelle pour obtenir un composant cru, et le frittage du composant cru pour obtenir la structure de détection.
