The present invention is directed to a high-solid curable resin composition which forms a coated film having excellent acid rain resistance, mar resistance and appearance comprising: (a) 10 to 70% by weight of an acrylic polycarboxylic acid having 2 or more carboxyl groups per molecule on average, an acid value of 5 to 300 mg KOH/g (solid) and a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 8000; (b) 5 to 70% by weight of a polyester polycarboxylic acid having an acid value of 50 to 350 mg KOH/g (solid), a number-average molecular weight of 400 to 3500 and a ratio of weight-average molecular weight to number-average molecular weight of 1.8 or less, which is obtained by reacting a polyester polyol having 3 or more hydroxyl groups with an acid anhydride group-containing compound; and (c) 10 to 80% by weight of a polyepoxide having an epoxy equivalent of 50 to 700 and a number-average molecular weight of 200 to 10000; provided that amounts of the components (a) to (c) being based on weight of the total solid contained in the curable resin composition.
La présente invention concerne une composition de résine durcissable à teneur élevée en solides, qui forme un film appliqué en couche ayant une résistance aux pluies acides, une résistance à l'altération et un aspect excellents; elle comprend: (a) 10 à 70 % en poids d'un acide polycarboxylique acrylique ayant en moyenne au moins deux groupes carboxyle par molécule, un indice d'acidité de 5 à 300 mg de KOH/g (solide) et un poids moléculaire moyen au nombre de 500 à 8000; (b) 5 à 70 % en poids d'un acide polycarboxylique de polyester ayant un indice d'acidité de 50 à 350 mg de KOH/g (solide), un poids moléculaire moyen au nombre de 400 à 3 500 et un rapport de 1,8 ou moins entre le poids moléculaire moyen en poids et le poids moléculaire moyen au nombre, qui est obtenu par réaction d'un polyol de polyester ayant au moins trois groupes hydroxyle avec un composé comportant un groupe anhydride d'acide, et (c) 10 à 80 % en poids d'un polyépoxyde ayant un équivalent époxy de 50 à 700 et un poids moléculaire moyen au nombre de 200 à 10000; à condition que les quantités des constituants (a) à (c) soient calculées sur la base du poids total de matière solide contenue dans la composition de résine durcissable.
