An anti-frost concrete mould comprising an upper frustoconical portion, a transitional shoulder portion and a lower drum portion. The top portion of the mould is adjustable in height. The mould is fabricated simply by moulding it over a die. The mould is fabricated from various suitable recycled materials bound with a binding agent. A method of manufacturing the mould and a method of using the mould is also claimed.
