A reclosable pouch includes a base portion; a plurality of walls, the walls in communication with the base portion, and one of the walls defining a front face of the pouch; and a top portion, the top portion in communication with the walls, and including a side gusset on each side of the top portion, and a pour spout including a discrete panel (44), and a reclosable zipper (26-32). An apparatus for making the pouch, and a method of making the pouch, are also disclosed.
