ABREGE Le cathéter comprend au moins une fibre optique guidée à l'intérieur d'un corps tubulaire, et mobile entre une position active où elle est susceptible de transmettre l'énergie du rayonnement laser, et une position inactive où elle est en retrait dans le corps tubulaire. Elle libère alors un canal (41) pour le passage d'un fil de guidage notamment. La fibre comporte un moyen de butée (65) coopérant avec une butée (43) ménagée dans le corps tubulaire de manière à garantir un positionnement précis de son extrémité par rapport au cathéter. Application à la désobstruction de vaisseaux sanguins ou autres cavités du corps humain. Figure 3.
