A novel class of azaindole-indole coupled derivatives, their preparation methods, pharmaceutical compositions containing the same and the uses thereof. The common structural feature of these derivatives is that they are coupled by azaindole and indole bi-molecule at different positions, forming extended pi-conjugated systems. Such derivatives inhibited cell growth and proliferation by various mechanisms. The present compounds have improved solubility, increased bioavailability, and thus have enhanced drug actions, and reduced medical dosages and undesired responses.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle classe de dérivés couplés d'azaindole et d'indole, les procédés de préparation correspondants, les compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits dérivés et leurs utilisations. La structure commune de ces dérivés repose sur leur couplage par une bimolécule d'azaindole et d'indole à différentes positions, formant des systèmes à conjugaison pi étendus. Lesdits dérivés inhibent le développement et la prolifération cellulaire par divers mécanismes. Les composés décrits améliorent la solubilité, accroissent la biodisponibilité et renforcent ainsi l'action des médicaments tout en permettant de réduire les dosages médicamenteux et les réactions indésirées.
