The pipe is made of several different materials. The pipe comprises an innermost layer, outside of which there is an inner electrode layer, outside of which there is an insulating layer, outside of which there is an outer electrode layer. The innermost layer is made of plastic by continuous extrusion. The insulating layer is made of foamed plastic. The insulating layer forms a soft layer, which for example yields when for example the surface of the pipe is pressed. Thereby very small forces for example cause a change in the potential difference of the electrode layers.
