A single- or dual-seat unisex city bike/scooter that includes: a frame; a front fork assembly mounted on the frame with a pivoting connection that pivots around an axle to guide the bike/scooter; a front wheel mounted to rotate on the front fork assembly on a second axle; a back wheel mounted to rotate on the frame on a third axle. Power can be provided in a sitting position, by standing on one or both pedals, by touching the ground with one foot or both feet and pushing off, or by rotating the drive mechanism, co-ordinating with the chain wheel or grooved indented wheel inserted between the seat structure and the pivoting connection. In order for the rider's feet to touch the ground and the pedals comfortably when sitting, the seat structures, set towards the back between the drive mechanism and the back wheel, can be fixed or adjusted to the front or back and kept in place by fixed or adjustable seat stays. The cranks and crank assembly extend at an outward angle and then parallel to the frame. One end of each crank has two threaded ports to adjust the pedals according to the rider's leg length. On the dual-seat model, intermediary pedals can be added if necessary. Two additional handles designed for carrying are set on the frame. A spring mechanism places tension on the drive mechanism..

Afin que les pieds puissent rejoindre confortablement lesol et les pédales en position assise, les structures du siège, éloignées vers l'arrière, interposées entre le mécanisme d'entraînement et la roue arrière, sont fixes ou inclinables vers l'avant ou l'arrière et maintenues par les haubans fixes ou inclinables. Les manivelles et l'ensemble de manivelles s'étendent obliquement vers l'extérieur puis parallèlement au cadre. Une extrémité des manivelles est pourvue de deux orifices filetés pour fixer les pédales selon la longueur des jambes. En mode biplace, des pédales intermédiaires sont ajoutées si nécessaire. Deux poignées supplémentaires conçues pour le portage sont fixées au cadre. Un mécanisme à ressort exercerait une tension sur l'élément entraîneur.
