ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A process for producing a reinforced crystalline engineering plastic composition is disclosed, comprising melt- kneading (A) from 60 to 97 parts by weight of a crystalline engineering plastic and (B) from 5 to 100 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the sum of (A) and (C), of glass fibers and melt-kneading the resulting mixture with (C) from 3 to 40 parts by weight of an epoxy- or acid anhydride-containing ethylene copolymer. The composition obtained provides, with excellent moldability, a molded article having an improved appearance while exhibiting well-balanced mechanical and thermal properties. - 24 -
