A microstrip antenna of two-frequency separate-feeding type for circularly polarized waves is disclosed, in which four radiation conductors are disposed on a dielectric plate mounted on a conducting ground plane and each radiation conductor has its marginal portion partly short-circuited via a short-circuiting conductor to the conducting ground plane and is supplied at its feeding point with power via a feeder passing through the conducting ground plane and the dielectric plate. The four radiation conductors are composed of two pairs of radiation conductors of different sizes adjusted so that two desired frequencies can simultaneously be used for transmission and for reception, respectively, the conductors of each pair being arranged to generate a circularly polarized wave.

Dans cette antenne, quatre conducteurs rayonnants sont disposés sur une plaque diélectrique montée sur un plan de sol conducteur. Chaque conducteur rayonnant, dont la partie marginale est partiellement court-circuitée par l'intermédiaire d'un conducteur au plan de masse conducteur, reçoit de l'énergie à son point d'alimentation par l'intermédiaire d'une ligne d'alimentation passant par le plan de masse conducteur et la plaque diélectrique. Les quatre conducteurs rayonnants sont composés de deux paires de conducteurs rayonnants de tailles différentes ajustés de façon à permettre l'utilisation simultanée de deux fréquences désirées pour la transmission et pour la réception, respectivement, les conducteurs de chaque paire étant arrangés pour produire une onde à polarisation circulaire.
