The invention concerns polybutyl-or polyisobutylamines-hydrazines or hydrazides, a method for obtaining them which consists in subjecting to hydrohalogenation a polybutene or polyisobutene in the presence of oxygen and in aminating the resulting brominated compound or subjecting it to a reaction with hydrazine or still with an alkaline metal azide. The invention also concerns their use as detergents in fuels.

L'invention concerne des polybutyl- ou polyisobutylamines-hydrazines ou azides, un procédé pour les obtenir qui consiste à hydrobromurer un polybutène ou un polyisobutène en présence d'oxygène puis à aminer le produit bromé obtenu ou bien à le soumettre à une réaction avec l'hydrazine ou bien encore avec un azoture alcalin et leur utilisation comme détergents dans les carburants.
