The present invention deals with a process for a complete industrial disposal for electro-waste. It contains all necessary steps for separating all material that are contained in such waste, for re-introducing them into a re-using process in order to save resources on the one hand and to meet ecologic and economic interests on the other hand. Combined processing of electronic waste by a first separation of toxic agents in a closed room, followed by destruction with a so called smasher, followed by a second sorting step, also in a closed room, for particles now relieved but which still contain toxic agents, followed by sorting out Fe- material by using a magnetic separator and finally comminuting the remaining final material by a shredder. That crushed material will be relieved from various plastics in a first flotation step, and followed by further flotation processes during which they are separated from one another in compliance with their density. Electronic waste that was separated in a first flotation process from plastic material, since it is heavier than plastics, settles on a screen bottom that executes shaking motion. During this procedural step non-iron material will be separated from a finally remaining residual material that cannot further be used in a production process. Non-iron material will be further treated in a processing installation that can separate non- iron materials in accordance with their particular specification. The finally remaining residual material will either be taken to a stockpile or to thermal disposal.
La présente invention concerne un procédé qui comprend globalement l'élimination industrielle de déchets électroniques. Il comprend toutes les étapes nécessaires pour séparer les matériaux qui sont contenus dans ces déchets, pour les acheminer vers une revalorisation utile effectuée dans les règles de l'art, pour ménager ainsi d'une part les ressources et pour répondre d'autre part aux intérêts aussi bien écologiques qu'économiques. L'invention combine une préparation des déchets électroniques en passant par une première séparation des matériaux contenant des substances nocives dans un local fermé, une destruction au moyen de ce que l'on appelle un "smasher", une autre étape de tri à des fins de séparation, également dans un local fermé, des composants libérés qui contiennent d'autres substances nocives, enfin une séparation magnétique pour séparer les métaux ferreux à laquelle fait suite un broyage du matériau restant au moyen d'un broyeur. Ce matériau broyé est libéré lors d'une première étape de flottation des matières plastiques de différentes configurations qui sont séparées les unes des autres en fonction de leur masse spécifique lors d'une étape de flottation subséquente.
