A method is provided for use in the field of therapeutical chemistry and pharmaceutical technology in particular. Solid dispersions of medicinal agents in a hydrophilic carrier agent are provided, wherein the active principle is dissolved in a volatile organic solvent containing a highly hydrophilic cyclic amide, and the organic solution is sprayed and dried to give a coprecipitate that is crushed, screened and diluted with an excipient or a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The coprecipitate is useful as a starting material for preparing drugs.
L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la chimie thérapeutique et, en particulier, à celui de la pharmacotechnie. Elle a plus particulièrement pour objet des dispersions solides d'agents médicamenteux dans un agent transporteur hydrophile, caractérisées en ce que le principe actif est dissout dans un solvant organique volatil contenant un amide cyclique très hydrophile et en ce que la solution organique est pulvérisée et séchée en un coprécipité qui est broyé, tamisé et dilué avec un excipient ou un véhicule pharmaceutiquement-acceptable. Le coprécipité sert de matière première pour la réalisation de médicaments.
