La présente invention est un mécanisme applicable aux équipements mobiles sur pneus ou sur chenilles. Le mécanisme est monté entre le châssis transporteur et le châssis supérieur qui est habituellement porteur de l'outil de travail et (ou) du poste d'opération (cabine). Le mécanisme se compose d'un minimum de trois vérins hydrauliques disposés en cercle, symétriques les uns par rapport aux autres, et perpendiculairement au châssis porteur ou au châssis supérieur et ayant pour fonction de porter, de stabiliser horizontalement, d'incliner le châssis supérieur par rapport au châssis inférieur et de soulever le châssis supérieur. Les mouvements combinés des vérins peuvent soulever, incliner ou placer de niveau le châssis supérieur porteur d'un outil ou d'autres structures. Ces mouvements peuvent être effectués sans égard aux déplacements ou à la position du châssis transporteur, qu'il soit sur terrain plat, en pente ou hors-route sur sol très accidenté.
