The present invention is directed to novel pharmaceutically acceptable polymeric compositions suitable for melt extrusion and injection moulding of single or multi-component pharmaceutical dosage forms comprising a plurality of drug substance containing sub-units, being capsule compartments and/or solid sub-units comprising a solid matrix of a polymer which contains a drug substance, the sub-units being connected together in the assembled dosage form.
La présente invention porte sur de nouvelles compositions polymères pharmaceutiquement acceptables appropriées pour une extrusion à l'état fondu et un moulage par injection de formes posologiques pharmaceutiques uniques ou à multiples composants, renfermant une pluralité de sous-unités contenant une substance médicamenteuse, ces sous-unités étant des compartiments de capsule et/ou des sous-unités solides comprenant une matrice solide d'un polymère qui contient une substance médicamenteuse, les sous-unités étant reliées ensemble dans la forme posologique assemblée.
