The present invention relates to a composition for stimulating bone-formation and bone-consolidation, more particularly, to a composition for stimulating bone-formation and bone-consolidation by adding a material for stimulating bone-forming and bone-consolidation to the mixture of tripolyphosphate and water-soluble chitosan. The composition of the present invention can stimulate bone-formation and bone-consolidation in early stages.
La présente invention concerne une composition pour stimuler la formation et la consolidation osseuses, en particulier une composition contenant une substance stimulant la formation et la consolidation osseuses, ajoutée à un mélange de tripolyphosphate et de chitosane soluble dans l'eau. Ladite substance est au moins sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué par beta ig-h3, BMP, TGF-beta, FGF, IGF-1 et PDGF. Les compositions de la présente invention peuvent servir à stimuler une formation et consolidation osseuses rapides.
