ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE: Novel glycine derivative having the formula (I): Image (I) wherein R1 is a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group; either R2 or R3 is a lower alkyl group and the other is hydrogen atom, R4 is a protected or nonprotected carboxyl group, Q is a lower alkylene group and m is 0 or or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are disclosed. Said derivative (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof have a potent platelet aggregation-inhibiting activity.
