For this, the reforming catalyst (2a) is heated or air is introduced to the reforming catalyst (2a).Thus, the temperature of the reforming catalyst (2a) is increased, which prevents generation of non-reformed gas upon stop of generation in the fuel cell (3) and supplies reformed gas to the fuel cell (3).
