A method and apparatus for water degasification and distillation in an apparatus having a container (10) for a reservoir of water to be degassed and distilled, a boiler (12) adjoining the container and having a feed water conduit (22) connecting the container and boiler, a coiled tube condenser (27) within the container immersed in the water therein, the condenser coil having a vertically disposed longitudinal axis, a second conduit (24) in the boiler connecting the space above the water level therein to the inlet of the condenser so that steam flows from the boiler to the condenser, an outlet (29) on the condenser extending through a container wall for discharging the condensed steam as degassed distilled water, a heater (13) in the boiler for heating the water therein, a motor driven stirrer (101) axially of the coiled tube condenser and an ozone generating device (120) in the boiler for purifying the steam. Optionally, an oversized filter (115) is mounted at the outlet of the condenser.
Cette invention a trait à un procédé de dégazage et de distillation d'eau et à l'appareil correspondant. Cet appareil comporte un contenant (10) pour réservoir d'eau à dégazer et à distiller, une chaudière (12), adjacente au contenant et pourvue d'une canalisation d'alimentation en eau (22) la reliant au contenant, ainsi qu'un condensateur à serpentin (27) immergé dans le contenant, l'axe longitudinal de ce serpentin étant placé verticalement. Une seconde canalisation (24), placée dans la chaudière, relie l'espace se trouvant au-dessus du niveau d'eau à l'orifice d'admission du condensateur, de sorte que la vapeur s'écoule de la chaudière vers le condensateur. Le dispositif comporte également un orifice de sortie (29) placé sur le condensateur, traversant la paroi du contenant et permettant d'évacuer la vapeur condensée sous forme d'eau distillée dégazée, un générateur de chaleur (13) réchauffant l'eau dans la chaudière, un agitateur (101), mû par un moteur et placé axialement par rapport au condensateur à serpentin ainsi qu'un équipement de production d'ozone (120), placé dans la chaudière et servant à purifier la vapeur. Il est, éventuellement, possible de monter un filtre surdimensionné (115) au niveau de l'orifice de sortie du condensateur.
