A system and method are described for permitting a telephone user to customize the identification of a call setup process. The telephone user is permitted to create a karaoke style recording by causing an underlying musical track to be mixed with the voice of the user. The karaoke style recording is stored for later use as a ringback tone and/or ringtone, as desired, to identify the call setup process.
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé qui permettent à l'utilisateur d'un téléphone de personnaliser l'identification d'un processus d'établissement d'une communication. L'utilisateur du téléphone est autorisé à créer un enregistrement de type karaoké à partir d'une piste musicale sous-jacente qui est mélangée à la voix de l'utilisateur. L'enregistrement de type karaoké est mis en mémoire en vue d'un usage ultérieur en tant que tonalité de rappel et/ou que tonalité, suivant les besoins, afin d'identifier le processus d'établissement d'une communication.
