-15- ABSTRACT There is provided a method of wastewater treatment which consists of taking a quantity of the effluent water from the plant before disinfection, using the microbiological or bacterial organisms in that quantity of effluent to seed growth of organisms in a growth tank and supplying organisms for wastewater treatment from the growth tank to the plant.
