An antimicrobial composition for application to exposed wounds such as burns and ulcers includes a quaternary ammonium compound blend, a stabilizer, a nonylphenol polyethylene glycol ether, a hydrophilic polymer, sodium lithium magnesium silicate, a hydrophobic waterproofing agent, aluminum sulfate, triethanolamine and water.

On décrit une composition antimicrobienne qui s'applique sur des blessures apparentes telles que des brûlures ou des ulcères. Cette composition comprend un mélange d'un composé d'ammonium quaternaire, un agent stabilisant, un éther de nonylphénolpolyéthylèneglycol, un polymère hydrophile, un silicate de sodium-lithium-magnésium, un agent imperméabilisant hydrophobe, un sulfate d'aluminium, du triéthanolamine et de l'eau.
