The Electric Gym Network is a system whereby fitness and health clubs can be linked either by telephone line or internet cable. The network will collect data from exercise equipment that generates electricity and keep track of the individual patrons and gym equipment. The results will produce competitions among members and other gyms with the sole purpose to generate electricity that can be used to sell back to the utility companies and lower the electricity of the fitness or health club, and/or use the electricity to operate electrical devices within the gym. The Electric Gym Network will keep track of the amount of energy created by the users which can be used to reward them.
