A touch sensor system, including a substrate (12), capable of propagating surface acoustic waves; and an array of reflective elements (5, 6, 7, 8) formed on said substrate, said reflective array having a plurality of reflective elements, each reflective element reflecting a portion of an incident surface acoustic wave. The reflective array is formed of an organic matrix. The organic matrix is preferably chemically bonded to the substrate, and is preferably a thermoset resin. The resulting reflective arrays are preferably stable under changes in moisture between 0% and 60% RH at temperatures between about 0-50°C. The organic matrix can also be used in a humidity or chemical sensor.

L'invention concerne un système à capteur tactile, comprenant un substrat (12) capable de propager des ondes acoustiques de surface; et un ensemble d'éléments réfléchissants (5, 6, 7, 8) formé sur ce substrat et ayant une pluralité d'éléments réfléchissants, chacun de ces éléments réfléchissant une portion d'une onde acoustique de surface incidente. L'ensemble est constitué d'une matrice organique, de préférence chimiquement liée au substrat, et qui est de préférence une résine thermodurcie. De préférence encore, ce type d'ensemble est stable aux changements de teneur en humidité entre 0 et 60 % d'humidité relative à des températures comprises entre 0 et 50 DEG C. On peut aussi utiliser la matrice en question dans un capteur d'humidité ou un capteur chimique.
