A device suitable for use as an intra vaginal device or as a bolus where, after initiation, a primary piston moves with a known movement characteristic and is involved in the stagger release of multiple materials. The primary piston is used to time the discharge of one or more material from at least a primary reservoir and a secondary reservoir (there being separate powering of the timed discharge) or is used to both time and indirectly power the discharge of one or more material from its reservoir, such discharges preferably being in a staggered manner. Optionally the primary piston may cause the expression of a primary material in conjunction with a secondary material (in said secondary reservoir) and then at a later timepoint, whilst still expressing the primary material, express a further second secondary material from a second secondary reservoir.
Cette invention concerne un dispositif convenant comme dispositif intravaginal ou comme embol dans lequel, après mise en place, un élément (généralement un plongeur) aux caractéristiques de déplacement connues participe à la libération échelonnée de produits multiples. Cet élément mobile assure la libération, déterminée dans le temps, d'un ou de plusieurs produits à partir du réservoir du dispositif (avec déclenchement distinct des décharges dans le temps) ou bien sert à la fois à synchroniser et à déclencher indirectement la décharge d'un ou de plusieurs produits à partir de son réservoir, ces décharges se faisant de préférence de façon échelonnée. En variante, l'élément mobile ou plongeur peut décharger lui-même un produit contenu dans un réservoir.
