The present invention relates to pharmaceutical composition. More particularly, the invention relates to a solid pharmaceutical composition comprising a) a solid pharmaceutically active compound which is solid at >=37 ~C and b) a fatty acid or a fatty acid salt or a mixture of a fatty acid and a fatty acid salt, characterized in that the constituents from a) and b) show a depression of their melting points to <=37 ~C upon contact with an aqueous solution.
L'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques et plus particulièrement une composition pharmaceutique solide comprenant a) un composé à activité pharmaceutique, solide, qui est solide à >/= 37 DEG C et b) un acide gras ou un sel d'acide gras ou un mélange d'acide gras et de sel d'acide gras. L'invention se caractérise en ce que les constituants de a) et de b) présentent un abaissement de leurs points de fusion à </= 37 DEG C au contact d'une solution aqueuse.
