ELECTRICALLY INSOLATED PIPELINE JOINT FOR FLUID OR GAS PIPELINES ABSTRACT: An electrically insulated pipeline joint for use in fluid or gas pipelines is disclosed. Such a joint is used to electrically insulate one section of a pipeline from an adjoining section pipeline. The joint is further designed to preclude physical failure therein and also to preclude leaks from forming therein, in the case of mechanical failure.
