A snow removing device is disclosed which is particularly intended for the use in the manual removal of freshly fallen snow from around the house, or business, such as wooden decks, carpeted porches and steps, cement sidewalks, driveways and, the automobiles parked there. This device is comprised of one blade made of two different materials. (1) Concaved plastic blade. (2) Cross linked physically blown closed cell polyethylene foam. This foam edge tapers to a relatively sharp point. Articulating, pivoting handle is uniquely attached. Thus, snow can be shoveled, or plowed, expelling snow right or left, from the top or bottom, of the dual edged blade, removing snow off of the delicate or hard surfaces, removing snow off of and from between vehicles, without scratching, scraping, marring, tearing or perforating any finish or surface.
