The invention concerns novel phenoxyethylamine derivatives having a high affinity for the 5-HT1A receptor, methods for preparing them, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use as medicine and particularly as inhibitors of gastric acid secretion or as antiemetic.

Le composé étant de formule générale I Image dans laquelle Ar représente un phényle substitué par un ou plusieurs substituants choisis parmi les radicaux alkoxy inférieur, -C(O)NR1R2, -NHC(O)R3, -NHC(O)NR4R5, et -NHC(O)OR4; dans lesduels R1, R2, R3, R4 et R5 représentent, indépendamment, un atome d'hydrogène ou un alkyle C1-C6 et R6 représente un alkyle C1-C6. R représente un radical hydrocarboné contenant de 1 à 10 atomes de carbone choisi parmi les radicaux alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié, et cycloalkyle; ainsi que les sels de ces produits. Il est aussi divulgué la méthode de préparation de ce composé ainsi, ses utilisations et des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ce composé.
