A packaging container for displaying and housing products that is aesthetically pleasing, effective and safe to open. The packaging container may include a substantially tear-resistant housing that encloses a tray that is preferably made from a paper material. The tray is substantially opaque to display graphics and/or to prevent viewing of the contents. The tray is preferably seamless such that it may not be opened without scissors, a knife or the like and, when opened, such opening is readily apparent. A second tray may also be used to create a dual-sided tray for housing the products, wherein the second tray may be substantially opaque or substantially transparent. An insert card may be used within the housing to reinforce the container and may be contained by fold-over edges of the housing. In an alternate embodiment, the packaging container may have a first housing member that includes walls that fit within an area defined by the walls of a second housing member, and a chamber cover that includes an area for housing or displaying goods.
La présente invention concerne un contenant d'emballage qui permet de présenter et de contenir des produits et qui est esthétiquement agréable, efficace et sans danger à l'ouverture. Le contenant d'emballage peut comprendre un corps sensiblement résistant à la déchirure qui contient un plateau réalisé, de préférence, en matériau papier. Le plateau est sensiblement opaque pour laisser voir des dessins et/ou pour empêcher de voir le contenu. Le plateau est de préférence dénué de joint de sorte qu'il ne puisse être ouvert sans l'aide de ciseaux, d'un couteau ou autre et, une fois ouvert, l'ouverture réalisée est manifestement apparente. Un deuxième plateau peut également être utilisé pour créer un plateau à deux côtés qui permet de contenir les produits, ledit deuxième plateau pouvant être sensiblement opaque ou sensiblement transparent. Une carte rapportée peut être utilisée dans le corps afin de renforcer le contenant et peut être retenue par les bords repliés du corps. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le contenant d'emballage peut comporter un premier élément formant corps qui comprend des parois se logeant dans une zone définie par les parois d'un deuxième élément formant corps et un couvercle de logement qui présente une zone permettant de contenir ou de présenter des produits.
