Organic or inorganic salts of compounds of general formula: A - X1 - N(O)z for use as medicaments having anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antithrombotic activity, wherein A is R(COXu)t wherein t is 0 or 1; u is 0 or 1 and X is O, NH, NR1c wherein R1c us a C1-C10 alkyl and R is, for example, (Ia) wherein R1 is acetoxy, preferably in ortho position with respect to -CO- and R2 is hydrogen or acetylsalicylsalicylic acid derivatives; and X1 is the formula (B), Y being a ring containing at least one salified nitrogen atom.
L'invention concerne des sels organiques ou inorganiques de composés représentés par la formule générale: A - X¿1? - N(O)¿z? qui sont utiles en tant que médicaments à activité anti-inflammatoire, analgésique et anti-thrombotique. A représente la formule R(COX¿u?)¿t? dans laquelle t est 0 ou 1; u est 0 ou 1, et X est O, NH, NR¿1c?, R¿1c? représentant l'alkyle C¿1?-C¿10? et R étant par exemple (Ia), dans laquelle R¿1? est acétoxy, de préférence en position ortho par rapport à -CO- et R¿2? est l'hydrogène ou des dérivés d'acide acétylsalicylsalicylique; et X¿1? représente la formule (B) dans laquelle Y est un noyau contenant au moins un atome d'azote salifié.
