Rock and earth drilling aggregate for rotary drilling comprising an axially fixedly arranged pressure medium actuated tube holder (21) and an axially movably arranged and mechanically rotatable pressure medium actuated chuck (27) which is arranged to be moved forwards or backwards along a feed beam (11) through actuation of a reversible pressure medium actuated feed motor (17), the tube holder (21) and the chuck (27) being arranged to alternatingly grip one of a number of, by means of thread couplings (99) connected, string elements composed drill string (23), so that by means of the tube holder and the chuck can be achieved withdrawal of the drill string (23) from a drill hole or insertion of the drill string (23) into a drill hole, whereby the tube holder (21) is arranged to release when loaded with pressure medium and to grip at pressure medium unloading and that the chuck (27) is arranged to grip at pressure medium loading and release at pressure medium unloading. The aggregate comprises a means (101) in form of a valve which is activated for preventing pressure medium loading of said tube holder (21) when said chuck (27) is rotated for disconnecting said thread coupling (99) and that said means (101) is reset when said feed motor (17) feeds said chuck (27) forwards.
Agrégat de forage de roche et de terre pour le forage rotary, comprenant un porte-tube (21) monté fixe dans le sens axial et actionné par un milieu sous pression et un mandrin (27) rotatif, monté mobile dans le sens axial, et mis en rotation mécanique par un milieu sous pression, ledit mandrin étant conçu pour se déplacer vers l'avant ou l'arrière, le long d'une poutre de guidage (11), sous l'effet de l'actionnement d'un moteur d'avancement (17). Le porte-tube (21) et le mandrin (27) sont disposés de sorte qu'ils saisissent en alternance un train de tiges parmi plusieurs trains constitués d'éléments reliés entre eux par des raccords filetés (99), de sorte que l'on puisse enlever le train de tiges (23) d'un trou de sonde ou l'y insérer. Le porte-tube (21) est conçu pour desserrer lorsqu'il est sollicité par le milieu sous pression et pour serrer lorsque ledit milieu sous pression ne le sollicite pas et le mandrin (27) est conçu pour serrer lorsqu'il est sollicité par le milieu sous pression et desserrer lorsque le milieu de pression ne le sollicite plus. L'agrégat comporte un moyen (101) sous forme de vanne, qui est actionné pour empêcher le milieu sous pression de solliciter le porte-tube (21) lorsque ledit mandrin (27) est mis en rotation pour désaccoupler ledit raccord fileté (99), ledit moyen (101) étant remis en position initiale lorsque ledit moteur d'avance (17) fait avancer le mandrin (27).
