The present invention relates to an incontinence care system and the use thereof which is suitable for the collection of urine and/or faeces and/or menses. Claimed and described is an incontinence care system comprising at least two components selected from the group of human waste collection bag, absorbent pad, partial diaper (350), orificed diaper (450) and orificed incontinence garment for adult or infant incontinence.
