A medicinal composition useful as an excellent preventive or therapeutic agent for diseases relating to immunization. The medicinal composition comprises at least one member selected from the group consisting of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors and at least one member selected from the group consisting of an amino alcohol derivative represented by the following general formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the derivative, and a pharmacologically acceptable ester of the derivative. L~invention concerne une composition médicinale utile en tant qu~agent préventif ou thérapeutique excellent pour les maladies ayant trait à l~immunisation.
