The invention relates to a method of producing a multilayer object that forms a rotating body, said object comprising at least a base having a diameter D, which is connected to a side wall having an average thickness E and a height H. The inventive method consists in supplying a coextruded multilayer dose to the cavity of a mould and subsequently compressing the dose in order to form the object, said dose forming a body that rotates around an axis of symmetry. The dose consists of a radial stack of several layers including at least one thin functional layer, the outside diameter of said dose being essentially equal to D. In addition, the compression direction is parallel to the axis of symmetry of the dose and the compression is performed on a face of the dose. The method is characterised in that the dose is compressed only on part of said face.
Procédé de réalisation d'un objet multicouche formant un corps de révolution, ledit objet comprenant au moins un fond de diamètre D relié à une paroi latérale d' épaisseur moyenne E et de hauteur H ; procédé consistant à alimenter une dose (1) multicouche co-extrudée dans la cavité d'un moule puis à comprimer ladite dose afin de former l'objet ; la dose formant un corps de révolution autour d'un axe de symétrie ; la dose consistant en un empilement radial de plusieurs couches (2, 3, 4) dont au moins une fine couche fonctionnelle (3) , le diamètre extérieur de ladite dose étant sensiblement égal à D ; la direction de compression étant parallèle à l'axe de symétrie de ladite dose ; la compression étant réalisée sur une face de la dose, procédé caractérisé par le fait que la dose est comprimée seulement sur une partie de ladite face. L'objet mulitcouche obtenue selon le procédé est aussi revendiqué .
