The present invention provides an animal resistant garbage bag cart for storing and transporting garbage bags. The cart prevents animals from getting into the garbage scattering the garbage and making a mess, and makes it easy to transport the garbage from one location to another. The cart comprises a container having walls of an animal resistant material, an opening in the container for receiving garbage bags therethrough, a covering panel for closing said opening, wheels mounted on the container, supporting the container for movement over a supporting surface, and skis for selectively mounting and dismounting on the container.
