A fastener assembly which is engage;able with a workpiece. The fastener assembly includes a sleeve having a first end and a second end, a bolt having a threaded portion, a bolt extending in the sleeve and axially moveable therein, and a collar proximate the first end of the sleeve. The collar is a separate component from, but engaged with, the sleeve and has a. retaining portion engaged within the first end of the sleeve. The retaining portion provides an abutment which prevents removal of the bolt from the sleeve.
