An Impervious, Sustainable and Safe multi- layered tubing for conveying gaseous fuels such as Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural gas (NG) and Hythane for kitchen stoves and other appliances fitted with burners is disclosed. The thermoplastic tubing comprises inner, intermediate and outer layers. At least one of the layers of the layered tubing comprises Polyester; Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in order to stop the permeation completely. The said polyester acts as a performance (barrier) layer. The performance PET layer is preferably constructed as Serpentine structure. The other inner, intermediate and outer layers of the gaseous fuel tubing are thermoplastic polymers in various combinations are present to better serve as structural or bonding layers. The tubing provides a solution to the long standing problem of currently used polluting (permeating) tubing with non-polluting alternatives which also would reduce the emissions of Greenhouse Gases and consequently Global Warming.
