The invention relates to a dosing device (13, 14) with a product reservoir (32) wherein the product is stored and product discharging means (29, 30; 47 to 49) which are arranged in their usual position on an industrial dishwasher (1). The aim of the invention is to reduce the installation requirements and to provide a dosing device which does not require any connections to a water or electricity supply. To this end, the dosing device (13, 14) has means (17, 18, 25 to 28; 50 to 52) which mechanically take up the closing motion of a door or a pivotable housing part (8) of the dishwasher (1) and mechanically transmit this movement to a product discharge means (29, 30; 47 to 49) in such a way that said product discharge means is moved in a manner corresponding to the closing motion, hereby directly causing a dose of the product stored in the reservoir (32) to be released into a tank (4) of the dishwasher (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dosage (13, 14) comportant une chambre de stockage de produits (32) dans laquelle est stocké un produit, ainsi que des moyens d'extraction de produit (29, 30; 47 à 49), ce dispositif étant disposé, dans sa position d'utilisation, sur un lave-vaisselle industriel (1). L'invention vise à réduire les exigences relatives au montage et à créer un dispositif de dosage ne nécessitant aucun raccordement pour l'eau et l'électricité. A cet effet, le dispositif de dosage (13, 14) comporte des moyens (17, 18, 25 à 28; 50 à 52) qui subissent mécaniquement l'effet de fermeture d'une porte ou d'une partie de corps (8) pivotante du lave-vaisselle (1) et qui transmettent mécaniquement cet effet au moyen d'extraction de produit (29, 30; 47 à 49) de telle manière que celui-ci est déplacé conformément au mouvement de fermeture et provoque directement la distribution dosée, dans le réservoir (4) du lave-vaisselle (1), du produit stocké dans la chambre de stockage (32).
