A method for the production of a dental implant with a post part which can be introduced into a jawbone and with a mounting part assigned thereto, on which a dental prosthetic piece can be mounted, is to allow the dental technician to perform a simple indexing of the mounting part while drawing on current procedural steps. For this purpose, the apical end of the mounting part is shaped in order to adapt the external cross-section of the mounting part to the internal cross-section of the post part.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un implant dentaire avec une partie formant un montant insérable dans un maxillaire et avec une pièce de montage, associée à celle-ci, à laquelle peut être fixée une prothèse dentaire. Celle-ci doit permettre au prothésiste de procéder à une indexation simple de la pièce de montage, en recourant à des étapes de travail courantes. Selon l'invention, l'extrémité apicale de la pièce de montage est déformée, afin que sa section extérieure s'adapte à la section intérieure de la partie formant un montant.
