A mechanism (135) configured to interact with air, which has been sucked through a device (142) that imparts turbulence to the air, causes a redistribution of components (e.g., oxygen and nitrogen) in the air so that when the air arrives at a location where the oxygen is to be consumed there is an enriched supply of oxygen available. The effects of a first stage of turbulence of the induced air is reduced, resulting in a higher density supply to the atomization point and to the combustion chamber, in the case of an internal combustion engine.

Cette invention se rapporte à un mécanisme conçu pour interagir avec de l'air qui a été aspiré dans un dispositif créant des turbulences dans cet air, ce mécanisme permettant une redistribution des constituants (par exemple oxygène et azote) de l'air, de telle sorte que, lorsque l'air arrive en un point où l'oxygène doit être consommé, il s'y trouve une source enrichie d'oxygène disponible.
