It is intended to provide latanoprost eye drops which can be stored at room temperature and have a high safety. Namely, eye drops containing latanoprost as the active ingredient wherein latanoprost is stabilized by at least one means selected from the following means 1) and 2) so that it can be stored at room temperature: 1) means of adjusting the pH value to 5.0 to 6.25; and 2) means of adding .epsilon.-aminocaproic acid.
