The invention relates to insulin analogues of formula (I), in which X can independently be a branched or unbranched C1-C10-alkyl group, a simply or multiply substituted aryl group, a C1-C10- alkyl group, simply or multiply substituted or unsubstituted O-aryl group, an amino acid or a derivative thereof, or a group of the formula NRR'; R, R' is H, NH2, a branched or unbranched C1-C10-alkyl rest or a simply or multiply substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and n is 0, 1, 2,... 16. The invention also relates to a medicament containing such insulin analogues, a method for preparing a medicament for the treatment of diabetes and a method for the preparation of insulin analogues.

L'invention concerne des analogues d'insuline de la formule (I), X désignant indépendamment un groupe alkyle C¿1?-C¿10? ramifié ou non ramifié, un groupe aryle substitué une ou plusieurs fois, un groupe alkyle C¿1?-C¿10?, un groupe O-aryle substitué une ou plusieurs fois, un aminoacide ou dérivé dudit aminoacide, ou un groupe de la formule NRR' ; R, R'= H, NH¿2?, un reste alkyle C¿1?-C¿10? ramifié ou non ramifié ou un groupe aryle substitué une ou plusieurs fois ou non substitué; n vaut 0, 1, 2,... 16. L'invention concerne également un médicament contenant de tels analogues d'insuline, un procédé permettant de préparer un médicament pour traiter le diabète, ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de préparer lesdits analogues d'insuline.
