Method for detecting a defective node (2) which is connected to a bus (3), the node (2) incrementing an internal error counter (FZ) in a normal operating state when an error is detected, and the node (2) switching to an isolated operating state, in which the node (2) does not exchange any messages via the bus (3) if the internal error counter (FZ) of the node (2) exceeds a predetermined error threshold value, and the node (2) switching from the isolated operating state to the normal operating state when a condition is fulfilled and that change in state being detected, and the node (2) being detected as being defective if a rate of the detected state changes exceeds an adjustable change rate or a number of detected state changes exceeds an adjustable state change threshold value.
Linvention concerne un procédé pour reconnaître un nud défectueux (2) qui est relié à un bus (3). Lors de la reconnaissance dune erreur, le nud (2) dans un état de fonctionnement normal incrémente un compteur derreurs interne (FZ) et le nud (2) passe dans un état de fonctionnement isolé dans lequel il néchange plus de messages sur le bus (3), lorsque le compteur derreurs interne (FZ) du nud (2) dépasse une valeur seuil derreurs prédéfinie. Si une condition est satisfaite, le nud (2) passe de létat de fonctionnement isolé à létat de fonctionnement normal et ce changement détat est détecté. Le nud (2) est reconnu comme étant défectueux lorsquun taux de changements détat détectés dépasse un taux de changement réglable ou un nombre de changements détat détectés dépasse une valeur seuil réglable de changements détat.
