The present invention relates to an aqueous quick-setting bitumen-aggregate mix suitable for cold pavement of roads, parking places, sidewalks and the like. The bitumen-aggregate mix is manufactured by mixing a mineral aggregate, water, a de-emulsifier, containing hydraulic cement, and a cationic oil-in--water bitumen emulsion, containing, as an emulsifier, a salt of a tertiary diamine and a phosphoric acid. The diamine has the formula (I): (see formula I) where one or two of the groups R1, R2, R4 and R5 designate a hydrocarbon group of 6--22, preferably 8-20 carbon atoms, and the remaining R1, R2, R4 and R5 groups are an alkyl group with 1-4 carbon atoms, and/or a group -(A)s H, where A is an alkyleneoxy group with 2-3 carbon atoms, and s is a number from 1-4, and R3 is an alkylene group with 2-4 carbon atoms.

La présente invention concerne un mélange bitume-agrégats à prise rapide pour revêtement à froid de chaussées, d'aires de stationnement, de trottoirs, etc.. Le mélange bitume-agrégats s'obtient en mélangeant un agrégat minéral, de l'eau, un désémulsionnnant contenant un cément hydraulique et une émulsion de bitume huile-dans-eau cationique renfermant, comme émulsionnant sel de diamine tertiaire et un acide phosphorique. La diamine est représentée par la formule (I), dans laquelle un ou deux des groupes R¿1?,¿ ?R¿2?,¿ ?R¿4 ?et R¿5 ?désignent un groupe hydrocarboné comptant de 6 à 22, et de préférence de 8 à 20 atomes de carbone et les groupes restants R¿1?,¿ ?R¿2?,¿ ?R¿4 ?et R¿5 ?restants sont un groupe alkyle à 1-4 atomes de carbone, et/ou un groupe -(A)¿2?H, dans lequel A est un groupe alkylèneoxy à 2-3 atomes de carbone, et s est un nombre compris entre1 et 4, R¿3 ?est un groupe alkylène à 2-4 atomes de carbone et n est un nombre compris entre 0 et 2.
