A food washing apparatus of the invention includes an ozonized water generator (10), a cylindrical washing tank (1) in which the food materials are put and which can rotate to wash the food materials, a drainage part (4) formed at a part of the washing tank (1) and including openings to such a degree that water passes through and the food materials do not pass through, and wash water pipings (2, 9) which are inserted and disposed in the washing tank (1) in an axial direction and in which water spray holes (2a, 9a) for spraying wash water including at least ozonized water are formed, and while at least one part of the wash water sprayed from the wash water pipings (2, 9) is draind from the washing tank (1) every rotation of the washing tank (1), washing of the food materials is performed. Further, there is also a method in which a receiving tank (8) for wash water drained from the washing tank (1) is provided, and at least one part of the wash water in the receiving tank (8) is returned to an inlet side of the ozonized water generator (10) to perform cyclic use of the wash water.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de laver des aliments, ledit dispositif comprenant : un dispositif de production d'eau à l'ozone (10) ; un réservoir de lavage cylindrique rotatif (1) servant au lavage des aliments qui ont été placé à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; une section de drainage (4) formée dans une partie du réservoir de lavage (1), et présentant une ouverture ayant une taille qui permet le passage de l'eau, mais pas des aliments ; une conduite d'eau de lavage (2, 9) fixée de façon axiale par rapport au réservoir de lavage (1) et dotée d'orifices de diffusion (2a, 9a) servant à diffuser de l'eau de lavage contenant au moins de l'eau à l'ozone. Selon l'invention, le dispositif est conçu de sorte que, chaque fois que le réservoir de lavage (1) effectue une rotation, les aliments sont lavés alors qu'au moins une partie de l'eau de lavage diffusée depuis la conduite de diffusion d'eau de lavage (2, 9) est évacuée du réservoir de lavage (1). Un autre mode de réalisation de l'invention permet le recyclage de l'eau de lavage, un réservoir de réception (8) étant placé de manière à recevoir l'eau de lavage évacuée du réservoir de lavage (1), et au moins une partie de l'eau de lavage du réservoir de réception (8) étant remise en circulation jusqu'au côté entrée du dispositif de production d'eau à l'ozone (10).
