[PROBLEMS] An external device for cleaning a filtration material and adapted for application to a filtration device, in which the filtration material can be automatically cleaned easily and at low cost without requiring replacement of an existing filtration device with a newly purchased device. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An external device (1a) for cleaning a filtration material is applied to a filtration device (100) for filtering a supplied unfiltered liquid by layers (112) of a filtration material (112a) to remove muddiness in the liquid and discharging the cleaned liquid to the outside. The cleaning device (1a) has an upstanding outer tube (2'), a screw conveyor (4') rotatably placed in the outer tube (2') and transferring the filtration material (112a) upward from the lower end to the upper end of the outer tube (2') while rub-washing the filtration material, a drive section (6) for rotationally driving the screw conveyor (4'), a control section (30) for controlling rotation of the drive section (6), and a discharge tube (50a) for discharging the filtration material (112a), having been rub-washed, into a filtration container (101) from the insides of the outer tube (2') and an introduction tube (38a) that introduce the filtration material (112a) into the outer tube (2').
La présente invention concerne un dispositif externe de nettoyage d'un matériau de filtration lequel est adapté pour une application à un dispositif de filtration, dans lequel le matériau de filtration peut être automatiquement nettoyé, facilement et à moindre coût sans nécessiter de remplacement d'un dispositif de filtration existant avec un dispositif récemment acheté. Un dispositif externe (1a) de nettoyage d'un matériau de filtration est appliqué à un dispositif de filtration (100) destiné à filtrer un liquide non filtré fourni par des couches (112) d'un matériau de filtration (112a) afin d'éliminer la turbidité dans le liquide et décharger le liquide nettoyé vers l'extérieur. Le dispositif de nettoyage (1a) présente un tube externe vertical (2'), un convoyeur fileté (4') placé de sorte à être en rotation dans le tube externe (2') et transférant le matériau de filtration (112a) vers le haut à partir de l'extrémité inférieure vers l'extrémité supérieure du tube externe (2') tout en lavant par frottement le matériau de filtration, une section d'actionnement (6) destinée à actionner de manière rotative le convoyeur fileté (4'), une section de contrôle (30) destinée à contrôler la rotation de la section d'actionnement (6), et un tube de déchargement (50a) destiné à décharger le matériau de filtration (112a), ayant été lavé par frottement, à l'intérieur d'un conteneur de filtration (101) à partir de l'intérieur du tube externe (2') et un tube d'introduction (38a) qui introduit le matériau de filtration (112a) à l'intérieur du tube externe (2').
