A method of enhancing an immune response is disclosed. The method involves an initial priming of the animal with an inducing agent, subsequently followed by administration of an inducing agent-antigen mixture. The antigen may be a tumour associated antigen, pathogenic organism antigen, autoimmune antigen, immunogenic fragment thereof, or a nucleic acid coding therefor.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration de la réponse immunitaire. Ce procédé consiste à assurer l'amorçage initial sur animal avec un agent d'induction, avant d'administrer à cet animal un mélange d'antigène et d'agent inducteur. L'antigène peut être un antigène associé à une tumeur, un antigène d'organisme pathogène, un antigène auto-immun, un fragment immunogène de ce dernier ou un acide nucléique codant pour ce dernier.
