A manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a fiber reinforced composite material are provided, in which the whole fiber-based material is impregnated with a resin and a molding can be performed with high dimensional accuracy. A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced composite material according to the present invention includes fixing a fiber-based material having a first surface to a first mold to provide an opening for the first surface; setting a second mold having a second surface such that the first surface faces the second surface through a space; filling resin into the space; and relatively moving the second mold and the first mold to bring the second surface closer to the first surface, such that the fiber-based material is impregnated with the resin.
Linvention concerne un procédé de fabrication et un appareil de fabrication dun matériau composite renforcé par des fibres, capable dimprégner de résine lensemble dun matériau à base de fibres et de le façonner avec une grande précision dimensionnelle. Le procédé de fabrication dun matériau composite renforcé par des fibres comprend la fixation dun matériau à base de fibres ayant une première surface à un premier moule de manière à ce que la première surface définisse un espace ouvert au-dessus, la disposition dun second moule ayant une seconde surface de manière à ce que la première surface soppose à la seconde surface avec un espace entre elles, le remplissage dune résine dans lespace et le déplacement du second moule par rapport au premier moule de manière à ce que le second moule se rapproche du premier moule afin dimprégner la résine dans le matériau à base de fibres.
