The invention concerns a method for preparing a product with magnetic properties. the resulting product and magnets manufactured with this product. The method is characterised in that an alloy A containing at least a transition metal is pounded with an element B or a compound of an element B selected from the group comprising aluminium, bismuth, cadmium, tin, gallium, indium, lead, zinc, magnesium, silver, antimony, copper, chromium, nickel, mercury and rare earth. The product is in the form of alloy A based particles, coated in at least one said element B, said particles being of an essentially monocrystalline nature.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un produit à propriétés magnétiques, le produit ainsi obtenu et les aimants fabriqués à partir de ce produit. Le procédé de l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'on broie un alliage A comprenant au moins une terre rare et au moins un métal de transition, avec au moins un élément B ou un composé d'un élément B choisi dans le groupe comprenant l'aluminium, le bismuth, le cadmium, l'étain, le gallium, l'indium, le plomb, le zinc, le magnésium, l'argent, l'antimoine, le cuivre, le chrome, le nickel, le mercure et les terres rares. Le produit de l'invention se présente sous forme de particules à base de l'alliage A, entourées d'une couche d'au moins un élément B précité, lesdites particules étant essentiellement de nature monocristalline.
